This declaration sets forth initiatives related to health at Core Concept Technologies Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as “Our Group”).
We believe that our business activities contribute to the sustainable development of industry itself, and we have established Our Group’s Sustainability Basic Policy as “Driving sustainable industrial development through the power of our technology and people.”
Maintaining and improving the health of each and every employee is essential to the realization of the group’s Purpose and Sustainability Basic Policy. Furthermore, we believe that having employees who are physically and mentally healthy and able to perform well is linked to gaining the satisfaction and trust of all stakeholders, including their families and business partners.
Our Group recognizes health-related initiatives as a management issue and have declared our Health Management Declaration to maintain and improve employee health and increase company productivity, aiming to contribute to a sustainable society.
1. Health Management Promotion System
The Representative Director, President and CEO is appointed as the Chief Health Management Officer.
The Sustainability Committee, Health Committee, and occupational physician will work together to promote initiatives to maintain and improve the health of employees and their families.
The Sustainability Committee will regularly share and discuss health management issues and the progress of initiatives, aiming to encourage employees to proactively improve their health.

2. Initiatives
We will aim to improve employee performance through the promotion of health management.
- Follow-up based on health checkup results
The Business Administration Division, supervisors, and occupational physician will cooperate to encourage employees with high health risks to seek medical attention before their condition worsens, help them receive early treatment, adjust work assignments, and improve the work environment. - Promotion of work-life balance
We will support the realization of appropriate working styles and the balancing of work and child/family care through flexible work hours without core hours and shortened working hours. - Revitalization of communication
We will strengthen communication training, one-on-one meetings, and activities to deepen mutual understanding, creating a workplace environment where employees can work comfortably. - Initiatives for employees working long hours
We will take necessary measures for employees working long hours.
