Core Concept Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) will engage in activities for information security, involving all personnel, in accordance with the following policies, in order to protect the information assets of our company and the information assets entrusted by customers from threats, such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and live up to the trust of customers and society.

• Responsibility as an employer
  Our company will continue organizational efforts to improve and tighten information security under the employer’s initiative.
• Development of in-company systems
  Our company will establish an organization for maintaining and improving information security, and formulate information security measures as official regulations inside our company.
• Employees’ activities
  The employees of our company will acquire necessary knowledge and skills for information security, to carry out surefire activities for information security.
• Observance of laws, regulations, and requirements in contracts
  Our company will fulfill our obligations specified in laws, regulations, rules, norms, and contracts regarding information security, and live up to the expectations of customers.
• Response to violations and accidents
  Our company will properly respond to the violation of any law, regulation, or contract, or an accident regarding information security, and make efforts to prevent the recurrence of said violation or accident.
